Tweeti got mine using dumbells to soon after being out of the gym for awhile. lost my focus for just a second and bam my shoulder tore out of place. it sounded like a piece of paper tearing by my ear. i haven't been able to train at all really it sucks big time
Tweetits inevitable that surgery 90 % time will be needed depending on severity. if no surgery just take sports cream, motrin, and use a knee wrap and wrap ur shoulder in figure 8 style tight and release after each 1-2 sets. my friend uses a power shirt to keep it tight. but hes black and blue when he takes the shirt off but it gets him throgh heavy workouts. no remember i said depending how bad it is. but myself i dont want a zipper in that area as it effects the nerves after surgery.
all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!

i'm pretty sure it won't be that type of a scar just two small holes.
TweetSorry to hear!!
