Tweeti got a busted leg and a busted bicep. i am training around both right now haha. pulled the quad last thurs doing lunges and it felt good on monday so i hit quads. went well till i loaded up to squat and then it tightened up on me. bicep is an old injury that i havent gotten fixed yet cause i am hitting the spring shows and i am stubborn haha.
TweetThe wrist I had shattered and reconstruced is still a major pain in my ass. Good enough for now I suppose.. they still want to do 2-3 more surgeries, bringing my total to 6-7 since March of 2011.

TweetWhat do you mean by this? My left mid abdomen has had a deep dull pain coming and going especially after eating or laying down for a while. I also have noted that it hurts a little more when I inhale and less when I exhale. This has only been going on for me for the last 6 or so days, so I haven't gone to the doctor yet... trying to see if it will just subside on its own. Someone else on another forum mentioned something similar a few days ago... kinda strange we're experiencing this pain at the same, time, wondering if it may be a virus. Idk if you have the same thing or if you have a legitimate lifting injury.
