I started a new routine today 5/3/1 BBB and also I am adding 10mgs of Superdrol starting today too.
I preloaded TUDCA & CEL Cycle Assist.I will continue to use both throughout the whole cycle and PCT

I have changed my diet for the next 7 weeks by adding calories.It's bulking time!! I substituted a weight gainer with my breakfast.I am using Mutant Mass Vanilla flavor and I switched to whole milk.My lunch also increased in calories too.I am snacking on almonds and PB.

Just as an aside, I should be getting some glutathione IM injections soon - about 600mg once a week as a replacement for the NAC and TUDCA I am currently taking daily. I will do bloods before shifting and a few weeks after shifting to show the ATS, ALT, etc. levels and how well it controls them. I will also list what I am taking and will not change anything after the first set of bloods are done.
If it works as well as medical research says it does, it should completely replace all the liver supports I take and still give me better results.

TweetI have a question in regards to IM glutathione. Will it help to lower bilirubin (cholestatic liver injury)??
A liver panel consists of among other values, bilirubin and AST/ALT.
NAC is used to lower AST/ALT (hepatocellular liver injury).
TUDCA is used to lower bilirubin (cholestatic liver injury).
TweetThe panel I get has bilirubin on it as well.
I am getting new initial blood work done on Thursday morning, and I expect to have the results on Friday sometime. I am going to start a TAD600 log after I get them and compare it to my current use of 600mg NAD and 250mg of TUDCA daily.
