I have used MK677 before and I know what to expect.MK-677 has a long half-life of 24 hours and therefor I will be dosing 30 mgs before bed on empty stomach. The caps are 10mgs.

I will be judging this on what I noticed from my prior run of MK677.

I've noticed an increased appetite throughout the day since I started taking it but subsided after 10 days

I have noticed better sleep/vivid dreams

I noticed numbness of extremities. Both of my hands were numb

I noticed my recovery is great

      I noticed smoother skin

I noticed increase in muscle fullness

      Here is some additional info:

      36% increase in IGF-1 in 14 days:

      https://press.endocrine.org/doi/full/...jcem.83.2.4551

In Alzheimer patients, IGF-1 increased 60% in 6 weeks and 72% in 12 months:

      https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19015485

In young subjects (18-30), MK-677 treatment resulted in an approximately 50% increase in the duration of stage IV and in a more than 20% increase in REM sleep as compared to placebo ( in 14 days).

I really like the DC idea but sadly I can't follow the routine the way he lays it out.The stretches and RPT is what I like best about it.

i would do it and just drive the reps as opposed to hitting weight numbers man. you can always tweak it to work around your injuries and limitations. something else you could look into is mountain dog's stuff. it is individualized and not rough on joints at all. may be something you could consider with either one
