TweetFirst let me say that I'm 33 yo, 6'1", 230 pounds at about 14% BF. I just started HGH for the first time. I have read a lot of articles on dosing techniques and such. I am just curious how many people are insanely tired in the beginning and what are some adjustments you made to overcome that fatigue. I started the first day at 2iu of Kefei. First day seemed uneventful other than slight tingles and tightness in my hands. Day 2, 3, and 4 were 3iu (don't ask how I ended up with 11iu when I only reconstituted with 10iu BAC cause I don't know). Day two I took a 2 hour nap about 20 minutes after pinning and I never take naps. Day three I was fatigued all day, but somehow managed to make it. Day four was the worst. No nap, but there wasn't time for it either. Just felt like I was two steps behind the power curve all day. I dropped dose to 1iu today and other than some slight hunger and only very slight fatigue, I feel fine. I understand that this may have to be my dose for a while, but wondering if anyone else had some insight. Thanks.
