TweetDont lower your cal intake, but just eat lean (complex carbs, protein in lean meats, and in good protein shakjes, poultry, some nat fat). Avoid sodium and simple sugars. Keep the cals up and start the clen and you will see lean gains or at least a more cut look if your diet is clean but still in the same cal range, with little to no loss in muscle gains..If you diet ie: lower the cals you will loose some of the muscle, because of the calorie deficit.
