      Anyone have a recommended diet that i should try while running Clen for the next two weeks or should i just stick with the white meat and veggie's. i am going cold cereal in the morning but Tue. will start back with egg whites and oatmeal, I am gonna give the oatmeal a kick with some protein powder and see how it turns out

      Also, how should i take the clen, some suggest putting it under my tongue for some crazy reason, i would think to just mix it with a small amount of water and drink up. slow doses and ramp up is what i have read, 200mcg/ml. I am tinking of trying 25mcg to start first thing in the morning before my jog and if i feel it isn't enough then i will bump it to 50 on Tue.

      If its liquid just pour it in a small class of juice if its a pill just stick it in mouth and swallow with water
      2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
      And ramp it up until you can tolerate the shakes and stop there. If its your first time dont go over 100. Use the FG search function and there is plenty of info on this

      yep i agree with fuzo except i just squirt it in my mouth and it's done and over with. start at 20-40 and ramp up in 20mcg doses. don't go over 100-120 and as far as diet is concerned i find clen works great with low carb. The more carbs you get in the more the shakes and headaches will be.

      So basically just run a high protein diet? Once the two week off period is over you basically start again with a low dose again correct?

      yep thats pretty much it. after the two weeks off you might be able to start a tiny bit higher than you did the first time but i wouldn't push it to much. the headaches and cramps aren't worth it.

      Excellent! Well i just dropped 20mcg in my grape juice and threw it back! Not sure how long it takes for it to take effect but i and suiting up to go jog in this heat! Not sure where to post up a thread on Clen that i gathered from another source but it is good info and i will post it up.
      Badcompany, I will use this thread as my log for Clen and post my daily weight/fat loss and let everyone know how it is working for me.

      Well after reading another one of Fuzo's posts, i am not sure I want to take anything AAS or fat loss related again!

      I took 20mcg of Clen today and didn't really notice anything, it is 90+ degrees outside so being hot might make it difficult to notice any affects of it just yet, although i did get a headache a couple of hours or so after taking it but it could have been something else. I am gonna try 40mcg tomorrow and see where it takes me, if i can handle that then I will split 60mcg's on Wed. into two doses and continue out the week. Maybe nothing unusual or dangerously dangerous will happen to me!

      20mcg wont do anything and you wont notioce anything thats why you have to ramp up until you do feel something dont worry about the posts

      don't split your clen up into two doses. it doesn't make sense. clen has a really long half life. just take it all in the morning and get the most from it.

      so i took 40mcg today and about an hour later i started feeling the shakes a little, nothing major BUT it did make me feel like i needed put something in my stomach before i passed out and i drank like 3 or 4 bottles of water before 11:30am! I bet 60mcg is gonna be fun tomorrow!

      Ive just started..I usually do it two days on, one day off or two on, two off..I just take a 1cc insulin syringe and start out with the 10 mark which is 20mcg and ramp it..I draw it up and shoot it sub lingual under my tongue. It absorbs faster and get into the bloodstream better that way..Taking it with a liquid, dilutes it..Dont drink anything for 1/2 hr so it all get absorbed..I have taken Arnica Montana and Calendula 30c the same way and have been told by a nurse that is absorbed better that way..Ppl run clen dif ways..2wks on 2 off is good, but I like running it long, so imo it is more stable and you can run it longer 2 on 2 off..just my experience. I do Keto diet when running clen..I take my whites raw in my protein shake in the am..with oatmeal and some kinda fruit..usually pineapple or blueberries in the oatmeal.

      Im on 100 mcg right now, feeling a little drowsy. I guess I could try your way of taking it and see how it affects me, it may be stronger than today. I take mine in with 2oz. of orange juice in the morning and I usually eat within an hour or so after taking it. I am gonna take some OxyElite on my off weeks.

      Keep in mind that clen has a 36 hour half life. Going two on two off or five on two off will leave much of the drug in your system.
      IF you wanted to go 3 weeks on and then 3 off... YOU would need to consider that once you discontinued the clen (lets assume it was 100mcgs per day), after 10 days, you will still have clen in your system.
