Anyone have a recommended diet that i should try while running Clen for the next two weeks or should i just stick with the white meat and veggie's. i am going cold cereal in the morning but Tue. will start back with egg whites and oatmeal, I am gonna give the oatmeal a kick with some protein powder and see how it turns out

Also, how should i take the clen, some suggest putting it under my tongue for some crazy reason, i would think to just mix it with a small amount of water and drink up. slow doses and ramp up is what i have read, 200mcg/ml. I am tinking of trying 25mcg to start first thing in the morning before my jog and if i feel it isn't enough then i will bump it to 50 on Tue.
