After my very first visit to the doc many years ago my test was stupid low from a long competition cycle. I was over 40 so doc hit me with 400/wk. I came back 3 months later and test levels were through the roof. I mean very high. Doc freaked and smiled and said lets go back to 200 week now.

So, ran that for the rest of the year. Next blood work I was high like 1200ish. Not too crazy high. At some point I decided to try my own schedule so I went to every 10 days 200mg. So, 3 shots a month. Ran that schedule for a year. It just so happen I was trying to get some special life insurance so they tested my blood for alot of shit plus test levels. I must say in about 6 or 7 years of blood work this test from the insurance was my best reading on everything. Nothing was out of the normal range. Heck my test levels were between 600 and 700.

So, there is no question in my mind us 40 to 50 year olds (or at least me) can do just fine on 200mg week or even less. FYI, I'm back to 400mg a week because I want to be. I like to keep my levels up at the high end. I will go back and forth through out the year. Half the year at 200wk the other half 400wk depending on my goals.

I'm with you 100%! In my mid 30s I stay on 250mg/wk year round bumping up to 375mg/wk-500mg/wk once in awhile.

Tweetall HRT is based on peak baseline of a health male at 28 yrs old, which means naturally u produce 70 mg of test a week, at 100 a week, u get maybe 80 mg of test, that's it, that is the standard in the hrt industry

plus, there are laws on how much AS can prescribe too one person in a year, which is 10k mg, this is for aids pateints and real sick people that might need some winny or deca etc. so bottom line 200 is the max legally without docs not running into problems with insurance companies who mainly pay the bills

My Dr will only prescribe 100 pw and his really into the anti aging too. I'm thinking about bumping it up some and adding 100 mg of tren e, after all its called tren replacement therapy and my last lab showed Zero tren levels in my blood.

No Trip you forget that there are men out there that do not produce test anymore and mens FSH and LSH are comletely in the gutter. I go to a excellent Eurologist out of chicago and he writes a script for 300mg for the first year with no problems and Insurance has had no problems ever and I have great Insurance.Very rearly or if any that docs write a script for winny,Ive never ever heard of that about winny. The scripts are 99% cyp,enth,prop thats it. People witrh aids get anadrol at the most. And Deca is very rearly used also. Deca shuts you down trip sure it might spike your level but its never used for HRT in men for hard on issues in men. And men in there 20's or mid 20's shouldnt need any test at all unless there production has stopped and if you dont produce any more test the standard is not 200mg you need more when you dont hardly make anymore. 200mg is fine for the average male that hasnt had major problems.but for the bodybuilder who has used for years your levels will almost never ever be normal again and your production will stop big time and need more

TweetI just started TRT (I'm 46) and my test levels were at 178. This was after pct and a 12 month blast and cruise and I have done longer runs as well. My doc told me to take 200 mg every other week or 100 mg per week whichever I prefer, but when I picked up the script it was written for 200 mg per week, needless to say I kept my mouth closed. I go back for blood work next month and he will check my test levels and adjust if need be. My plan is to taper down before my test to get a low test level and see how much he will prescribe me.

The urologist said I was at greater risk for health problems with such a low test level VS the risks associated with TRT, I agree and it improves quality of life to boot!
