TweetAs I'm sure a lot of you know.. Timing is everything when it comes to peptides. It becomes even more important when you begin to add more peptides in to your stack. I'll give you guys a breakdown of my favorite peptide stack along with the timing of each. I'm not going to list dosing, as this is going to differ for each individual, and I wouldn't want someone trying to replicate my IGF doses without experience.
Early AM
GHRP/GHRH combo
15-20 minutes later Exogenous HGH
Preworkout
10-15 minutes pre workout - IGF Des Administered Intramuscularly and injected Bilaterally
Post workout
15-20 min post - MGF
15-20 after MGF administration - GHRP/GHRH Combo
15-20 min after GHRP/GHRH - IGF LR
Prior to Bed
GHRP/GHRH combo
On Non-Workout days
Peg MGF early am

TweetGw501516 any where from 5-15mgs/day. I would start with 1 x 5mg administration and work up to 3x per day if needed.
AICAR stacks great with it.. Dosage depends on body weight. I would recommend 15- 20 mg eod for a week or so.. then, if needed, move to ED administrations.
This will literally have you burning fat like crazy even when doing absolutely nothing.. lol.

TweetYes.. i would take the GW and aicar about 20-25 minutes after your ealry am GHRP/GHRH combo.. that'll allow the combo to peak before you introduce the GW/AICAR. I don't think it would inhibit anything, but I'm unsure... so better safe than sorry.
TweetI think if you moved you gh to 5-10min after you peps you would notice a greater response from them. Also with DES only having a half life of around 30 min i like to pin right before the gym. Like in the bathroom on my way in. How much DES are you using, and are you going IM bilaterally?
Tweet15 minutes allows the GHRP/GHRH to peak before introducing the HGH. I'm only two streets away from the gym.. otherwise I would pin at the gym. Des is IM bilaterally.. dosing 200mcg's.
Tweetin my opinion you don't need to wait for the peps to peak you just have to get them working. I feel that you want the peak from the peps and the uptake of the exo gh to hit at the same time. since it takes the body a few min to uptake the gh i feel as in the 5-10 min range works well. If you haven't tried it give it a shot. I also have been using des 250mcg 4x week bilateral in muscle worked. I love it. My latest change has added some bloat that im not real happy about but i know when it falls off ill be looking good.
TweetI disagree with that.. due to the fact that exogenous HGH is suppressive on the pituitary. It would blunt the natural secretetion caused by the GHRP/GHRH combo. I like to spike the natty release.. let it peak and fully release.. then introduce the exo.. then hit the GHRP/GHRH again afternoon or Post workout to stimulate the pituitary again. That release I feel is inhibited a little by the peak of Exo HGH arond the 6-8 hour mark.. Then GHRP/GHRH again at bed.
TweetI could see how if you planned on hitting the peps again only a few hours later the exo gh would hurt that release. however as far as the exo riding the wave of the pep release which is what we are going for many people including DAT share my opinion. I personally like to stick to around the 10 min mark but have gone as low as 5 and even as high as 15-20. Seem to think 10 is the sweat spot. By the way i am not trying to argue with you. I love discussing and learning what other people have to offer. I have tried many different peps and read tons and tons of info and love to get new insight.
