I dont like the cramps associated with clen, does t3 cause the same cramps? Also ive read t3 burns calories and a lot of people loose muscle because of overdoing cardio. So if on t3 how much is enough cardio? Im 21yrs old, 200lbs, 15%BF. My diet is on target for cutting.

Tweetwhat kinda fat loss would i see running that cycle? also ive seen where guys start at 12.5mcg ramp up to like 75mcg 0r 100mcg then ramp back down, is that for those running with an anabolic?

TweetYoungN. This is a tough one to answer because people utilize T4/T3 differently. One persons 50mcgs is anothers 100mcgs. The greatest risk when using T3 is heart palputation/arythmia. This usually is from either ramping up too quickly or excessive dosages. I would only stay on 4 weeks otherwise you risk permanant shutdown of your thyroid. I would try to go up to 100mcgs and ramp up as quickly as possible but also to avoid side effects. I like
25,25,50,50,75,75,100 day7-day21 then 50,50,25,25,12.5,12.5,12.5,12.5. People have many opinions on this but this way you get 2 full weeks at max dose.
What to expect. Don't expect miracles. It will effect your metabolism 15% at best. Don't worry about too much cardio, don't worry about muscle wasting. Eat clean and enjoy the extra boost.

usually on t3, u can eat high calories and u should not worry at all but cut lil carbs and fat too see a faster results
Tweetim taking t3 alone most likely. my diet right now is 1g protein per lb of bodyweight = 200g, .75g carbs per lb of bodyweight = 150g carbs and .25g of fat per lb of bodyweight = 50g. Would that diet suffice with t3, i used this diet on clen with great results.

Tweetthat is perfect and it u can add clen ..its the best combo ever...no more than 6 weeks on clen..2 days on and 1 days off and take no more than 80-120mcg a day..
