Seems that I here allot of guy's mention feeling or being tired while on Gh. Not sure if it's the brand of GH or the type of person. But I will be starting soon. I know GH promotes deeper sleep. So in essence why do people suggest taking in first thing in the morning. Sure you own GH levels are lower.....but if you take it then and then you end being tired for the rest of the day....which doesn't do you much good.
My theory is that your own GH levels are reduced/decline as you get older "obviously" especially in your 30 as me So I was thinking of just doing mine before I go to bed...and reap the benefits more...then say in the morning and after your workout.
I'm only looking at doing say 2 to 3ius a day anyways....not looking to get huge off it or get any of the side affects associated with it. Just looking for the lean look and any anti-aging properties it may give. I will be using the real Humantrope brand by Lilly.
So any thoughts on how people feel when they take there GH. Any tiredness from it?
