TweetAt what week did you start feeling joint pain, swelling, ect.?
I am in week 2 right now, 4 I.U. total/day, 2 morning and 2 post workout. Not feeling much but my wrists are slightly painful.

TweetREDUCE IT TO 3 IUS DIDNT FEEL THE PAIN UNTIL A MONTH OR 2. IF YOUR NOT BODYBUILDING 3IUS IS FINE. WHEN I DID IT AND WENT TO 4-5 IUS WAS A MISTAKE. I'LL STAY AT 3IUS NEXT TIME
