4) i usually run it 5 days on and 2 day off and if u are not lifitng dont take it..but some peeps do, and htey do it b4 bed time.

6)take like whey protein that has very ligth carbs and some peeps drink a drink from ABB..., stay away from coke if u are trying to lean up, no liquid carbs since has very highghgghghghghghghg sugar
7) i like it better than gh and its cheaper and much stronger.
i mainly used it for bulking and it works well wt heavy androgen like anadrol, dbol and deca and test.....
and once i took it wt anadrol t3 win test and deca and was very good...
but remember igf1 gives u some bloat around the waist line and ur tummy and its normal
