Tweetno T, maybe 10 seconds max. Its not that big a deal you just dont want to shoot it directly on the powder... I put the needle in angled at the glass side and shoot it in probably actually takes about 5 seconds to inject 1cc..
TweetOk, when mixing the water with GH powder I know to let the water run down the side and not inject the water in real quickly. Everyone says to let it trickle down real slow, can someone define slow for me? Should it take 30 seconds, 60 seconds or 90 seconds to put the water in?

TweetOk, that's much faster than me then. But, I do the same thing with the needle, I point it towards the side and it takes me about 30 seconds and then I swirl it a few times and that it. Sometimes I just slowly roll the vial on a flat surface to get is all wet and then into the fridge.
Thanks for the reassurance, I guess I was getting a little puzzled why some of my symptoms have went down even though I've uped the dose. The hand numbness is the only one that got worse. Man, last night that stuff woke me up in my sleep it was so bad.

Thats the only symptom I get anymore. After awhile you will adapt and the hand numbness comes and goes for me...That means you have found an optimal dose and your adapting to it. When I went from 4 to 6 the hand tightness was all that I got as well. The other sides were done.
TweetThat's strange, I never got the numbness, just some knee pain and lethargy.
