TweetI didn't like clen and T3. I lost more muscle than bodyfat but I didn't take it with anything anabolic so that could be why I saw so much muscle lost. Regarding your cycle, forget completely about m1T. Throw it away or give it to someone.
Do a 6 week cycle: test prop at 100mg EOD.
For T3 a typical 6 week cycle looks like this:
Days 1-3: 25mcgs
Days 4-6: 50mcgs
Days 7-11: 75mcgs
Days 12-18: 100mcgs
Days 19-24 : 75mcgs
Days 25-31: 50mcgs
Days 32-38: 25mcgs
Days 39-42 : 12.5 mcgs
You can vary the numbers depending on your experience. I'm a concervative guy so if you have bigger balls than me go higher for longer.
