TweetThat would be the first time I ever heard that. The rule of thumb has alwyas been in the layer of subcuateous fat. However, I knew a dude who would hit is biceps with his. But, it wasn't because he thought the ab didn't work, he just found it easier in the bicep.

It doesn't seem to be working much for him.

TweetLast 3 kits I ran was all injected in stomach area and rotated to the sides of the loves handles as well....Worked great!!!! I'm on my next 3 kits now and I'm following the same procedure.

bro..gh is not a miracle or a drug where u take it and boom fat goes away..takes at least 8 weeks to start seeing beef melting and density(for the muscle)...that is y gh must be taking at least 5 months straight back to back...its slow but its permanent, whatever u gain from it, u will keep it

TweetActually the inner thigh about 3-4" below where your crotch meets your inner thigh is supposed to be the best..Just pinch the skin and do sub-q. I rotate there and the stomach, both sub-q.

TweetFit, go about 3-4" right where your crotch starts from the joint on the inside of the thigh and pinch the skin. It is very soft skin there and inject while pinching. I never had pain there.
