and not by uppin the ius of gh, unless you have doing it over 10 years and yes u need to up it since your body gets used to it...

Tweetthe body can handle it so far but the pain in my hands is kinda rough esp having trigger finger badly on 2 fingers in my left hand, other than that I'm lookin very dense for my age and am very pleased that with dieting i'm not losing any muscle mass !!!
