TweetIf you want energy for your workout then you need low GI carbs, not sugar. After workout you want the High GI stuff. And on the before training/after training GH thing. You are trying to make it too complicated bro. GH takes time to work its magic and I really dont think it will make a difference one way or the other. On the insulin part of the question, well post me a pic of yourself and some training history and your current stats and your future goals and I will maybe give advice on it. I want to say that insulin will KILL you if you take it wrong. Unless you have reached a sticking point with gear and you are training for competition I dont feel it is a wise choice. I feel that if anyone is serious about taking insulin then you should have done enough research so you have no need to ask advice on the subject. Im not trying to be a dick but insulin isnt something to play with. Anyone that knows me knows I am one of the most helpful guys in the world, Post up that info bro.
