fyi i have been running this since oct 1st
Ok got about 6 months left of bulking so I've come up with a new insulin plan that will maximize my time and hopefully work out for the better
I used to do 4 wks on 4 wks off of humilin R 15iu in the am
now the plan is goin to be to do 6 wks of slin wks 1-4 is humilin R upto 15iu(depends on the overall synergy running both) wks 1-6 humalog really low working up 15iu pwo at nite
the reason i am extending to 6 wks on and 4 off is that over the course of the next 6 months it will give me 6 more wks of slin time, which those of you who run gh realize this is the best time in the world
so now i'll have a bonus of 6 wks than if i ran 4 on 4 off
now to minimize slin sensitivity the last 2 wks i'm using LOG only 2x a day so that my bio feedback is only suppressed 2 hrs as upposed to 6 (4 from R 2 from log) this way the 2 extra wks im on I will not be in such heavy suppression
ok so now those who wonder y not keep suppression minimal and use log 2x ed(jayhova ) well I need the larger window to stuff more cals in natural metabolism is high combine that with 1500mgs of test and 700mgs of nandra and 7.5ius of gh and well theres ure answer I need that large window
with this being the new updated plan it will go into effect october first and we will see what happens, diet all the same training a lil diff 7on no off on a 5 day split so rest is kinda important so on wkends after i train i will veg out and just eat and nap
