Tweetgot a cold and finally got over it as of the last wkend... I never run slin or orals while sick so now its full speed ahead gona be doin 2x a day training 3 on 1 off, btw the hand pain at 8ius is very intense and unforgiving, the pros who run 20iu ed I have much respect

TweetI used to be a big big fan of the humilin R 4 hr window but now I find that pinning the LOG 2-3x a day works way better and so far seems to be as effective... the nice part is once you are on a certain amount of growth the fat associated with slin use becomes a non existent thing. I always used to put a lil fat on while on 2-4ius of growth but now that I'm upto 8 the insulin fat isnt coming on, its a full yet lean look, where as b4 it was a full but kinda round look
