TweetI`ve done lots of reading up on the various ways that you can use T3.
Currently considering the difference between 30 days using the build up (75mcg max) and slowly taper down method VS. maybe 6 weeks of low dose (12.5mcg) for nutrient uptake and fat burning.
Will probably run with clen on the 2 on and 2 off with eca method.
No ketofein available in Japan...
Experince:

Currently 212lb at 16%bf running EQ at 500/wk and Var at 75mg ed.
