i like the dude and agree with what he says about big pharma and them keeping us sick but i dont 100% agree about the sema med. i used it completely for glucose control during my prep because my fasted glucose was running higher than i wanted and i couldnt offset it with insulin during prep. it worked excellent for that purpose and it did curb my appetite a bit but not a boat load. i did not dose high and i dosed daily with it. i am assuming that the issues that a lot of people are having is when they crank the dosing up high. i do know of a female that was taking it and the doc bumped her dosing up even though she was making great progress and it sent her resting heart rate up to like 180 and put her in the er. again doc increased dosing even though she was making progress. so i dont think the sema and glp1s are bad and can help out a lot of people but the docs are just hammering it even if they dont need it.
