      Default semaglutide question

I'm curious how and why this stuff works.

So I bought some semaglutide but I have no used it. Everything I had read online says it slows gastric emptying and keeps you full longer and makes you feel full without really eating. I watched a bunch of videos of people who are taking it and basically they said they struggle to get 1500-1800 calories in per day and that's why they are losing the weight.

So basically I saw that and said well shit I can do that without the side effects of the drug and then I stalled out my metabolism and I'm not losing weight at all even with a very strict diet, calorie deficit and daily cardio.

Guns has already helped me get started on ramping my metabolism back on and then got me on the right track on losing the weight without such a drastic change in calories but what is it about semaglutide that this doesn't happen to people? They just keep dropping the weight and they aren't stalling out like I did. Is there something going on with the insulin response that it protects or like increases?

dont do the dumb shit that all these morons are doing online. so i was having some glucose issues from running gh for longer periods of time at higher dosing than i should and have had a hell of a time getting them back into range. i even dropped it out for a couple months and still didnt go where i wanted it before prep. so knowing i needed and wanted gh in i reached out to a pro and coach i am good friends with for some suggestions. he told me about the proper use of semi for both that issue and while dieting. so what the docs and dumb asses do is they start you off at dose x and increase that puppy weekly or biweekly with one shot. not good application for most people and for most it wrecks havoc on heart rate gut issues and a bunch of other side effects. what he suggested to me was to start at 50-100mcg daily and keep an eye on my avg resting heart rate. from 50 i went to 100 and the plan was to go to 150 eventually but after 2-3 months it is still working and i am not having any issues so no need to push it up and create issues. i have continued to drop bodyfat weekly, glucose has improved and i am not ready to eat my couch. now with that said i do consume around 28-3k cals per day and at times i am not hungry and i damn sure dont shit as much as i normally do. you will have to make yourself eat because it will surpress your appetite quite a bit. great product but again keep an eye on the resting heart rate. it has sent more than one person that i know of to the er with a resting heart rate over 100 and that was under a dumb ass docs suppervision

That's exactly what my plan was and exactly what my thinking was on it. Everyone does 1 injection a week and basically doubles the dose every 3-4 weeks which seems silly and more like a sales tactic than an actual safe protocol.

I was going to do the minimum dose and do smaller daily injections until it stopped working then slowly go up. I was hoping I could just avoid using it all together but after crashing out my metabolism I'm considering using it again.

So start at 50mcg daily and make sure I'm forcing myself to still eat a good amount of food.
At what point do I bump up the dose to 100mcg if everything else is going well, when the wait loss stalls out?
