Pros-

Cons-
-guns got me concerned about igf lmao!
-there is a degree of tiredness that I can’t explain- is that increased output or sides?
-nerve pains
-this one is new. Keeping an eye on it. I’m being told it’s my body adjusting from the liver created water and visceral issues…mostly in my feet.

Other than that training has been fantastic. My sons 18 and it’s provided new motivation.
