No his was the AOD something but like everything that guy did he was using 10, 20, maybe even 50x the dosing protocols that are being used.

I know guys who have used that very safely at low to minimum doses.

That seems to be what is really killing these younger guys…exhorbant dosing and I will toss in using AI to a point of extremism. Many point to the differences in golden age vs now on dosing but also or maybe solely to blame would be over use of AI.

that dude was an ever more absolute fucking moron period. hell you are correct he was using like a full bottle or two a day then when he got warning signs he was having issues he kept going. that along with tren and a bunch of other kidney toxic stuff. i absolutely could not stand that dude. hell the amounts he used you would figure he would have been 300 and ripped to shreds yet he still looked like a turd.

as for the ai. if you listen and watch a lot of the docs that talk about all the deaths and issues in bodybuilding they are attributing it to a lot of ai usage and driving estro way to low. most people dont realize how heart protective estrogen is in our bodies and when you crush it and then the meds you are using in turn crush your lipids you are setting yourself up for huge issues. i use it sparingly during preps and i do labs constantly. hell i just had an er visit and had labs done a week or two early because of it. i figured mine would be super dicked up from prep and they were still great and within reason. enough so where the docs didnt freak out about it like they normally do when they see liver values getting close to a show. i thought my appencix had ruptured having a gal bladder attack or my kidneys or liver were shutting down. nope it was huge pockets of gas in my intestines. scared the shit out of me. couldnt stand up straight or take a breath in. i was training legs and had to roll straight in to the er. got labs and a ct done and all was good so i guess it was a win
