now for what we are looking for it is perfect. helps with skin, joints collegene production and a bunch of other good stuff in the 1-10iu ranges. it is perfectly suited for that and we worth the investment. a lot of the top coaches say that it is far better and more dramatic for us that are well over 35. less pain less body fat and less training issues over the long term. so like you have laid out i keep mine pretty much at 4-6iu year round. hell i normally pull it 2-3 weeks out from a show because of the possibility of a tad bit of water and this year i literally took it all the way up to the morning of the show. stayed nasty lean full and good to go. so i am def a firm believer in it helping and changing shit for us older competitors
