TweetI am on HGH @ 2ui per day. So far a little water retention.
Some damaged body parts seem to be repairing but it may be just hopeful thinking

Tweetkeep the updates going man cuz I've always been very curious about HGH. when I was competing I never had the money I was a student to use a decent amount of HGH so I did what you did I was using like two I use a day and I don't know how much good it did for me because the lowest recommended those for a man is for although that's our arbitrary I mean where they came up with that I don't know. and HTH is such a subtle drug it's not like steroids where all of a sudden when it hits you your bench press goes up 40 lb HGH doesn't happen like that it happens over a long period of time and after a year you'll notice look I put on a lot of muscle. I really just want you to keep updating because I want to know how you make out on 2 Ius a day.
if I knew I could successfully take HGH to who I use a day I would use it because it would be worth the money to me at 4:00 I use the day to me it's more expensive too expensive for what I think it does for you. I have the money it's just I don't like throwing away money I'd rather buy anabolics that I know we're going to work and something I hope is going to work unless I get definitive proof that the stuff works. I know HGH Burns body fat that I'm positive of how much muscle growth it induces I still not sure

Tweetdirt is an older gentleman who i would bet natural release of gh is probably damn near zero. so for him at 2iu a day would or should produce excellent results of fat loss and maybe some injury healing and skin tightening etc...
as for how much growth will you get from growth. i say probably damn near zero unless you dose massively and you can read about it. we are talking 20 or more ius daily. that to get a little bit of muscle growth that also causes the hands feet and face to grow. on top of pretty much shutting down insulin production alongside of thyroid function as well. then toss on cost to do that. i say no way. i would rather like you use my aas to grow and then toss in a little bit of gh to aid in a bit of fat loss joint recovery and a little healing of injuries and skin tightening up. i am older like you as you know so a little bit helps but it isnt substantial by any means

TweetHey guns I know I haven't been around I've been things have been a little wild for me I've been training though about to buy 300 IU kits of GH but the reason I'm buying it is my body seems like it's breaking down. What I mean is after turning 50 now I'm 50 now I keep getting these injuries that I don't even know where they come from and they don't go away very quickly. Plus I have arthritis in my lower back The doctor said because of all the years of heavy squatting I did since I was 18 it's pretty bad sometimes and sometimes it's not as bad I go to physical therapy. But I did a lot of research on arthritis and apparently arthritis is caused by a lack of cartilage in the area and HGH supposedly generates cartilage. I read a medical journal article where they did a study on people with arthritis in the knee and it came out that 96% of those who took the HGH and prove significantly. So what it said was the FDA approved it's used for arthritis in the knee but nowhere else. Now that seems retarded and crazy to me but if it's true that means if you have arthritis in the knee you can go to your doctor and he can write a prescription for HGH but if you have arthritis anywhere else I mean he still can but it's off label. Only the FDA would do something like that.
Anyway I was going to do 12 weeks of the growth just to see if it helps my lower back and my tendons and all these crazy injuries that started happening when I turned 50 what do you think I know you're older too and you've used more JH than I ever have does it help with like tendons and joints and stuff like that?

TweetI will love to keep you guys updated, it will not be daily because it is very gentle.
As Guns said I am older at 65. I keep my test levels about 1100 (labs @ 6 months)
Last few years I had my share of set backs. Thyroid removal non cancer but a hot goiter. Back fusion T3 T5 S1. New knee.
Now I got cerebellar ataxia and use a pair of canes to walk.
I rarely miss my training. I made up a new training routine that works for me. It is called "Farm Boy Workout". If any are interested I would love to share it.
Tweetyo I love the name bro

TweetOK this does not target certain muscles over any other. To give a little back ground I grew up in a farming community We got paid for piece work, Let use stack (rick) hay bales. Start out like gang buster then your ares get tire after a few hundred so you cheat a little using your knee
a compound execise strict form to failure. drop the weight doing strict form. Keep on going to failure. Rest a bit and increase weight to failure. Keep on going until the have to use a spatula to get you off the floor
This is not a shaping exercise but it will get you strong
Tweetman i grew up doing farm work and that's probably what gave me my base when i got started i was a tad over 200 at 5ft 10 when i graduated and had already jumped into the natty bodybuilding game. when i enlisted the recruiter told me that even though i passed the pft with super high scores that i would get fucked with if i went to boot camp as big and muscular as i was. so i dieted my ass off and dropped down to 165 to go to boot camp.
that was a side track but i will tell you throwing bales of hay oats and hanging tobacco will make a beast out of you for sure. i am pretty sure not many farmers do it that way anymore but we literally did everyone by hand year round.

Tweetwow man you've been through a lot I'm sorry about that. I haven't had the best couple of years either I needed a cornea transplant that I'm still recovering from I can't see out of my left eye still. I guess as you get older shit happens right I just turned 50 so you're 65 you're older than that. I think it's a great idea though that you're supplementing with GH I don't see any drawbacks to it at your age or even at my age I mean if we're going to use two to four I use a day and that's it for the anti-aging properties all you're doing is replacing the HCA used to make when you were 18 20 years old so how could it really do any damage? from what I could think the only thing I could do is help help regenerate skin help heal injuries quicker anything you lose as you age I would think it would help with
