As Guns said I am older at 65. I keep my test levels about 1100 (labs @ 6 months)
Last few years I had my share of set backs. Thyroid removal non cancer but a hot goiter. Back fusion T3 T5 S1. New knee.
Now I got cerebellar ataxia and use a pair of canes to walk.
I rarely miss my training. I made up a new training routine that works for me. It is called "Farm Boy Workout". If any are interested I would love to share it.
wow man you've been through a lot I'm sorry about that. I haven't had the best couple of years either I needed a cornea transplant that I'm still recovering from I can't see out of my left eye still. I guess as you get older shit happens right I just turned 50 so you're 65 you're older than that. I think it's a great idea though that you're supplementing with GH I don't see any drawbacks to it at your age or even at my age I mean if we're going to use two to four I use a day and that's it for the anti-aging properties all you're doing is replacing the HCA used to make when you were 18 20 years old so how could it really do any damage? from what I could think the only thing I could do is help help regenerate skin help heal injuries quicker anything you lose as you age I would think it would help with
