I will love to keep you guys updated, it will not be daily because it is very gentle.
As Guns said I am older at 65. I keep my test levels about 1100 (labs @ 6 months)
Last few years I had my share of set backs. Thyroid removal non cancer but a hot goiter. Back fusion T3 T5 S1. New knee.
Now I got cerebellar ataxia and use a pair of canes to walk.
I rarely miss my training. I made up a new training routine that works for me. It is called "Farm Boy Workout". If any are interested I would love to share it.

OK this does not target certain muscles over any other. To give a little back ground I grew up in a farming community We got paid for piece work, Let use stack (rick) hay bales. Start out like gang buster then your ares get tire after a few hundred so you cheat a little using your knee

a compound execise strict form to failure. drop the weight doing strict form. Keep on going to failure. Rest a bit and increase weight to failure. Keep on going until the have to use a spatula to get you off the floor
This is not a shaping exercise but it will get you strong

man i grew up doing farm work and that's probably what gave me my base when i got started i was a tad over 200 at 5ft 10 when i graduated and had already jumped into the natty bodybuilding game. when i enlisted the recruiter told me that even though i passed the pft with super high scores that i would get fucked with if i went to boot camp as big and muscular as i was. so i dieted my ass off and dropped down to 165 to go to boot camp.

that was a side track but i will tell you throwing bales of hay oats and hanging tobacco will make a beast out of you for sure. i am pretty sure not many farmers do it that way anymore but we literally did everyone by hand year round.

wow man you've been through a lot I'm sorry about that. I haven't had the best couple of years either I needed a cornea transplant that I'm still recovering from I can't see out of my left eye still. I guess as you get older shit happens right I just turned 50 so you're 65 you're older than that. I think it's a great idea though that you're supplementing with GH I don't see any drawbacks to it at your age or even at my age I mean if we're going to use two to four I use a day and that's it for the anti-aging properties all you're doing is replacing the HCA used to make when you were 18 20 years old so how could it really do any damage? from what I could think the only thing I could do is help help regenerate skin help heal injuries quicker anything you lose as you age I would think it would help with
