TweetIt'll come down to how many units you would want to run per day. This will vary a lot from person to person. I know some guys who run their HGH higher year round and some who just use about 2iu per day. Me personally, I'm a 2iu or so per day guy when I run it. I usually take mine at night before bed. I've tried different times, early morning, post workout, evening before bed... I never really noticed a huge difference between them, so I stick with before bed for convenience.
Reconstituting is just math and would depend on how much bac water you use and how many iu's are in your bottle.
1ml of bac water = 100 units of water on a U100 insulin syringe.
For example, if you have a 10iu bottle of HGH, adding 1ml (100 units) of bacteriostatic water means every 10 units drawn from that bottle on a U100 insulin syringe is 1iu of HGH. If you wanted to take 2iu, then you would pull the plunger back to the 20 unit line. (Make sure you are using a U100 insulin syringe)

Tweetbrother you will not notice anything substantial with gh for a long time and nowhere near as dramatic as aas. what you will see is loose skin start to tighten up(mainly in midsection for older guys), easier fat loss, slightly better pumps, healthier fealing joints and a more youthful appearance overall. it can take a few months for you to start to notice anything though. gh is a low slow and long use compound

TweetI'm not really sure I notice anything mentally with HGH. Maybe a better sense of well being, but that could be from from a number of things. Like Guns said, the best results from HGH will be noticed over a longer period of time. The mental aspect is definitely something I'll look into.
Tweeti have never heard anything on it from a mental aspect either. i have used it for hell off and on the last 15-20 years and cant say i have noticed anything mentally but then again i am only in my 40s now. i dont see how it might not help but i also dont know that for a fact either. then again if you think about it it is used to treat dwarfism growth diseases and off label as anti aging. so i dont see how those things would transfer over to mental either.

TweetMaybe, like anabolics which don't directly effect your mood, anytime you look better, are looking good and your training is going well you should just feel better about yourself.
I can see, it a definite for me because I've dealt with depression and anxiety my whole life, how being on a good diet, traing program and everything working optimally would just make you feel better and deal with things better in general..

TweetI’ve never heard of gh as a nootropic but it protects brain and organ tissues so I could see some people having some positive flow.
Especially, say a revering drug addict. I could see long term gh use as a healing of the sins compound!
FYI you could literally use 1iu daily and get the healing and skin positive affects you could need for longevity. I’d bump between 1 and 2 iu. Not sure what guns thinks about this but I’ve always felt “pulsing” the gh meaning different doses in a range seemed to give me solid results and very natural mimicking of the pituitary.

Tweetyou know what's funny about the pulsing thing? i used to be of the same mindset and have done it many times in the past. then after talking to a couple top level coaches and even my personally hormone doc this is by far the worse approach you can take. when we hear of all the nasty side effects that people get from going diabetic to face hands and feet growing. this is where it came from. they say even if you are going to be running it on the upper high end level your best approach is to only do it in 1-2 shots per day and not multiple if possible. that allows your body to bounce back and not be hammered multiple times per day and thus creating all the issues that come from it. the most i will do is 2 per day now and i stay on the lower end of dosing maybe 4-5ius per and post and that is it. of even 4-5 first thing am and then another 4-5 post workout. this has worked very well for me and my insulin resistance is min at best. i do add in a bit of slin here and there but not to much there either
