FYI you could literally use 1iu daily and get the healing and skin positive affects you could need for longevity. I’d bump between 1 and 2 iu. Not sure what guns thinks about this but I’ve always felt “pulsing” the gh meaning different doses in a range seemed to give me solid results and very natural mimicking of the pituitary.

you know what's funny about the pulsing thing? i used to be of the same mindset and have done it many times in the past. then after talking to a couple top level coaches and even my personally hormone doc this is by far the worse approach you can take. when we hear of all the nasty side effects that people get from going diabetic to face hands and feet growing. this is where it came from. they say even if you are going to be running it on the upper high end level your best approach is to only do it in 1-2 shots per day and not multiple if possible. that allows your body to bounce back and not be hammered multiple times per day and thus creating all the issues that come from it. the most i will do is 2 per day now and i stay on the lower end of dosing maybe 4-5ius per and post and that is it. of even 4-5 first thing am and then another 4-5 post workout. this has worked very well for me and my insulin resistance is min at best. i do add in a bit of slin here and there but not to much there either
