TweetI would run 12 months at 2 -3 a day and I do the 5 on 2 off. I use the 5 on 2 off for sake of money.

TweetI’ve always heard hgh takes a while to kick in and should be run for a longer period of time.
So I have a question,
is it better to run a lower dosage say 2-3 per day for a longer durations of approximately 12 months
Or
is it better to work up to 6ius per day and stay there for about 7 months?
Also is there any science or pros/cons to doing those 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off splits or is that just a way to save money or prolong the use?

TweetGood to know.
If I end up doing what I’m kind of throwing around I should be able to run 4ius per day if I do the 5/2 split.
Month 1: 2ius
Month 2: 3ius
Month 4-12: 4ius
Originally I planned on doing 4ius everyday for the entire 12 months but right after I placed my order the place I ordered from got busted and I lost my money. I don’t have the same budge this time around so I’ll either have to run a lower dose, lower time or do the split.
I just wanted to see what everyone else said to see if it was even worth it running at this point.

Tweeti like that setup of ramping up. it will lessen the cts issues and other side effects.
so the reason to go 5 on and 2 off is not just from a money side. your body will develop anti bodies and start to fight the external gh over time and it also shuts down t3 production. so to semi combat this the 5on 2 off helps to an extent. you also need to supplement with t4 or better yet 12.5 to 25mcg of t3 to keep the thyroid from being down regulated with gh use. it also makes you insulin resistant over time as well. so adding in a small amount of log or humilin r around training will also help with this as well. all stuff to make your gh use optimal

TweetSounds good. I remember the t3 issue from last time we talked about this. I’m also aware of the insulin issue but I’m not comfortable using that yet.
This may seem silly but i know it’s smart to ramp up but is there a reason to ramp down at all or is it fine to just stop taking it.

Tweetno need to ramp down with gh. most people just ramp up slowly to prevent cts issues which are brutal painful and make stuff impossible to do with your hands. same goes with some water on the joints initially at starting higher

TweetOk makes sense. I’ve always known about ramping up, never heard anyone ramp back down but figured it couldn’t hurt to ask

TweetI would use 2-3 ius everyday if I could.
Tweet2-3iu per day is typically what I do as well. I've ramped it up before for periods of time, but I always come back to 2-3iu per day. I guess I just feel the best bang for my buck at that dose lol.
TweetCool well see what happens. I plan on doing 5 on 2 off.
2ius for a month.
3ius month 2
4ius month 3
5ius for the rest of the year until it runs out.
If I don’t like 5ius or the 5on 2 off split for some reason I’ll lower the dose and run it daily instead.

TweetHow common and how worried should I be about redness, tenderness and a lump with subq stomach injections?
Did 1 shot of 1iu of gh to see how it would go.
Shot was fine and no pain when injecting.
No pain the rest of the day.
Next day I notice a red spot and a lump, not uncommon.
No pain but a little tender if I touched it.
The day after that the red spot was bigger.
The lump was the same size and injection site hurt to the touch.
Day after that the redness was almost gone and lump was smaller. Pain was much less.
4 days later there almost no more redness.
Very small lump you have to like search for and no pain unless I really press on it.
So basically I’m used to redness and pip and what not but I’m new to gh or any injections in stomach so I’m just checking.
It took 4 days from injection to be normal.
My concern is I’ll be doing a shot everyday. If this is how it goes every shot everyday it could be a problem.
Am I have a reaction? Should i discontinue?

Tweetits a minor reaction and shouldnt be an issue. it happens from time to time. go higher or lower and make sure the alcohol you use to clean the area has completely evaporated prior to inj. u can also go sub q at the top of your thigh, if the it continues to get aggervated. the upper thigh isnt as sensitive as the ab area is. i wouldnt sweat it though. i get it when the gh i am using isnt as pure
