is it better to run a lower dosage say 2-3 per day for a longer durations of approximately 12 months

      Or

is it better to work up to 6ius per day and stay there for about 7 months?

Also is there any science or pros/cons to doing those 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off splits or is that just a way to save money or prolong the use?

6 ius for 7 months in my opinion will yield better results than 2-3 ius for 14.

Longer is better but I think after 4 months that is beginning to be long enough.

No benefit to any days off. Consistently using everyday is superior- it is aligned even with your previous notion of consistent long term use. Why would intermittent stopping during a week be better when it is best using it cinsistently over long periods of time? It isn't.

2 ius a day is borderline replacement dose. Waste of time.

no shit 6iu will give better results than 2-3. on the side of that it will also cause more insulin resistance and all the other happy side effects that come with higher end dosing. on the 7 days a week, yeah it may be better but some people will develop antibodies that will eventually make the external gh pretty much inert and i have personally seen it with seros straight from the pharm and not fake. funny but i know some top end coaches that have their guys using high end split dosing either pre and post workout or fasted and post workout on training days only. just saying their are 1mill ways to do things but from a side effect stand point and someone not looking to jump on stage his approach is more than enough to yield positive results

Hgh does not inherently cause insulin resistance. That is becoming outdated conjecture. Mechanism of action may exacerbate insulin resistance but no it does not cause it from liberating fatty acids.

And you can run hgh indefinitely. Some may get antibodies but that is an exception. You appeal to authority with coaches, so i will as well that many that coach pros have them run hgh at high doses indefinitely and state there being no downsides.

Kurt havens, Alex kikel, Dr Dean st. Mart, Gabriel Gabriepy, John Jewett etc.

Also, HIV patients literally run hgh forever and don't run into issues with antibodies

i will say this and i am not going to argue the point and yes it does create insulin resistance but what coaches put out in videos and say in public isnt always what they do real world. i know one that is famous for saying just saying and what he says online is nowhere near what he does with his clients as well as a number of others. it is what it is and we all choose to do what we do. hell come to think about it my hormone doc even says that it causes insulin resistance regardless of how clean your intake is. shit my fasted glucose went over 100 after 3 months at 300g of carbs only. so that's real world insulin resistance and that same doc rode my ass over it until i got it back down reasonable

Interesting. I don't feel like arguing either. Everyone is different though. My fasting glucose was and is fine after 5-6iu for over 1.5 years and calories between 4000-5600.

that's what i was trying to say with everyone being different and the approaches. i went back to pull up some doc scott and other guys that i know personally with the science and mech of the actions but ran out of time for an appt. i will dig them up eventually though.

it's funny that yours doesnt change but it's not on the other hand. i know some people that can blast gh at about 12iu of seros a day and it doesnt even have an effect on their thyroid or glucose at all and then i have coached people personally that after 4 weeks it tanks their thyroid and drives them into insulin resistance even during prep. it does the same thing to me, it drives my glucose up and drives my thyroid down. now that i think about it i am older now so i am much more tuned in to my numbers and aging def has an impact.

i did see something interesting that doc scott put out in the research with people's antibodies toward gh. it is up to 60% for sone that have or will develop anti bodies and it varies from different pharm brands. then on top of that if you are one of those 1-60% that has or does develop antibodies to gh even after stopping gh it continues to downregulate and attack your natural released gh rendering it ineffective. that wasnt even with underground gh either that was studies done with all the major pharm producers of gh.

I'll tell you I've worked with two of the top bodybuilding trainers ever during my competive days and when it cones to HGH its really still a guessing game. I'll give you my opinion bymut it's based on own experience and good friends that were BB also, their personal experiences
No doubt at all that HGH is not a drug that should benused for 6-8 weeks, never. If you are committing to doing it I would say 6 months minimum and if you can afford it never come off. I only used it one year, my last year competing I was still a student and didn't have the money to use it like I wanted to. I used , probably, the most prominent trainer at that time to help get me ready for the USA. He knew my financial limitations so had me on 2 ius a day of sazien serostim for 10 months straight to the contest. Hgh is not like steroids you do not really notice a jump in strength or weight immediately. I have to say by the day of the contest I did weigh more at the weigh in than I ever had before and was leaner. I ended up just out of the top 5 at 6th. But it was the best I ever looked.
From 1990- 2003 I competed every year. About every year i would weigh in 5-8 pounds heavier than the last, usually in same condition. The one year I used a small amount of HGH I weighed in almost 11 pounds heavier and the hardest and leanest I've ever been. Take out of that what you choose but, if it was the gh that caused my gains to be better than other years I only used 2 ius a day for 10 months.

As for 5 on two off I have read articles lately that
say that is a better way to do it..if I use hgh again I'll probably do 4ius 5x a week
