Easy read on Cardarine (GW-501516): Breaking Down a Miracle SARM - 101Sarms

My woman and I just started this yesterday. We started with half the dose and will be working up to the 20mg / day range.

Anyone tried this? In theory some of these SARMS have some unique items to tinker with...I've pretty much ignored these SARMS since they came out but my AAS lab rat is bored so decided to play around!

We are at 6 weeks. I don’t feel much until I train...them it’s like the compound kicks in and oxygen is uptakes better. It obviously works and seems to help with over all health. Prob going to run it for total of 10 weeks.

It’s not like bam! Wow this sarm rocks but I would say that it does work and is very cool addition.

I have done a cycle of it. I did not seem to see fat loss like some but then my diet was not all that good. I did find that after 5 weeks my cardio just got better at a rate that was phenomenal. Amazing stuff.

so if i am understanding the mech by which this stuff works is, it's most pronounced effect is on cardio and a little bit of fat loss. so not a big or even moderate muscle gainer but more of a refiner with increased cardio capacity?

I would say the interest in the bodybuilding side or fitness side is "recomp"...I'd say coming out of time away from gym or letting the pounds creep on type of situations is where this looks to help. I had major abdominal surgery in late Nov but had to have repairs in March so I'm definitely not where I want to be but this compound seems to let me train like I am there. They oxygem uptake is real and at my age any help with cardio is a plus!

Agree, but also you have an "extra gear" when you would be blowing hard from heavy lifts you could probably do 1 more set when this stuff kicks in. I think it allows you to train longer without gassing out.

I have been taking 20mgs upon rising and working out about 90 minutes later and I can definitely feel a difference in endurance and recovery between sets. Sometimes I’ll get to the fourth set of an exercise and bang out one or two more reps Than the third.

These guys are all hitting on the head. Everything I’ve read and research you won’t really notice it until you are actually putting in work and then you just have “more” stamina/cardio wise

So it is June and we are still on Caradine. While this is not going to blow you away fat burning wise or strength wise it is a nice little additive to cycles or HRT.

While I’m not even sold on the cardio bump 100%...I’d say this compound is worth the money. Seemingly able to train witthout breaks. The “wind” just keeps coming until your workout is done. I mean done as in spent. Due to fakedemic2020 and in AZ curfew...home gyms getting the focus and I can stack exercises in a gauntlet with little to no rest.

Visually/what the mirror says- I’d say this is the second strength for the compound. With my stress and demands training time is literally minimal. Diet has been off, medical issues and couple abdominal surgeries yet the mirror says I’m doing good...

To add to the second affect, my wife works with me most days so I’ve sort of lost the looks and comments for about two years that we get as bbers....had to go do a consult the other day and wow! My Client was looking at me after the First Ladies comment...”this happen to you a lot?”...then the second, third, fourth...then it became a laughing running joke as we spoke business.

Going to take a break from it in a few days for about 12 weeks.

I started using this I think Friday of last week. It is from a board sponsor. I am using the new GW0742. It is supposed to be stronger than the old cardarine and in my research just moves an atom on the molecule which does not sound like much but I already feel it's effects. Last time with the old formula (gw501516) it is at week 2.5 before I felt anything. I did 20 mg last time as well. This time only 10 mg and I am already getting extra reps and good pumps. I am off TRT right now and the cardarine is all I am taking daily. I am and have been taking osterine on workout/training days.

      I am 100% sold.
