      Ok so i have been running 3 iu for 30 days then taking 3 weeks between shipmebts and the running the 3 iu until each kit is gone.

      Should i just save all my kits for a 15 to 20 weeks cycle or just keep going. Not sure if it is benefiting me with the 3 week break.

      And i have been pinning before workout witch is around 5pm . wondering if i should pin before bed????

      If it were me bro, I would get all my kits together and have everything lined out so I could stay on without any breaks.

      I've actually been pinning in the morning first thing when I wake up. I know some guys do before they go to bed and some guys get up in the middle of the night to do it. I've tried all different timing and right now liking first thing in the morning.

      first thing in the am or right before bed is best imo. also you want to run as long and consistent as possible to get the max benefits

      i notice being off gh after 3 wks. depressing. build up supply and run it longer with no breaks. timing is individual. all am, all pm, or split. takes about 7-14 days for me to notice any differences when i change up time of day. I did entire hgh am and then ghrp for more pulses during the day. worked great and saved me a bundle.
