Keep a note pad.

More important is getting your diet down to a science first. You can actually eat in certain ways to create a natural slin response .learn this stuff first.
Some people use it pre workout and others post workout. Different dosages too. There is alot to know. Don't get frustrated if it doesn't seem people don't wanna help. They are slow to jump in cause they don't wanna set up a guy who makes the big mistake and fucks up a dosage or takes it before bed or something that will kill them.
