oh man dextrose is horrific haha. it works but it is terrible for causing bad gastro issues. you got the concept down really well though. i have found over the years that something like highly branch chain cyclic dextrin, karbolyn, or vitargo best for carb source. then add in some casine hydro, whey hdro and or eaas alongside of your creatine and you are all set. that and they have zero impact on your guts, dont crush your appetite and are pretty much instantly absorbed into your system. i even use the hbccd with eaas and creatine on a daily basis even when i am not running slin
