Is 5 mgs. max safe dose per week or can I go up a little bit? Is there additional benefit to a few more mgs? I already had some delt/outer trap issue and felt a little better and looser when a kid tried to take an illegal turn across 3 lanes and plowed into my front end. Now I've got neck, inner traps and mid back pain and stiffness. Haven't missed a workout though (probably 'cause I'm tapped!!).
