I've used DES in the past but the AA f-in burns. Using an 18g railroad spike was less uncomfortable! Never used LR3 so that's why i'm leaning that way but obviously want to do it right.

I didnt use AA. I just used BW and it does just fine.

you are only supposedly getting about 1/4 to 1/2 of the compound or somewhere in those ranges without the aa. some say it doesnt work at all without the aa. dont know the science behind it but that's what all the instructions i have seen and read

you cut the aa with a little ba water man. you draw your igf first and then add 10-20-or even 30iu of ba water. that cuts the burn. as for lr3, it is super fast in and out but very effective as well. great product and a lot of people will rotate back and forth between lr3 and des so they dont have to come off
