      Is it worth it?

      From what Iv read 4wks on 4wks off or 2wks on 2wks off is common at 20-50mcg, does this sound like a correct way of usage for good results?

      Also say I only workout 3-4 days a wk do I just take it post workout on those days or do I take it everyday regardless of training or not?

      Thanks for any information as I'm new to the peptide side of things.

      I've been doing 4 wks on 2 off for about a year. Training days and non tainting days. On training days I take it post workout split bilateral in muscle to be worked about 30 - 45 minutes post with 2-3 packets of oat meal.
      Once or twice a week depending on if I can afford to I will take it in the morning non workout days works great.

      keep in mind the reason why that you dont want to take it for long periods of time is it grows the hell out of your intestines. their are more igf receptors in your intestines than anywhere else in your body. we are going for increasing our sat cells with adding this bad boy in. now right wrong or indifferent, i always found the best way personally was about 10 min pre workout. i always liked to go with a 3 on and 1-2 wks off about 40mcg per day. like ig already pointed out you have to watch for blood sugar crashes and the only way to actually reconstitiute it is with aa.

      I've been using it for the past few months and i'm very happy with it I did 4 on, 2 off, 4 on at about 40-50mcg's a day. I would pin in the morning time before the gym. Never noticed a problem with blood sugar but I would usually pin it right before eating breakfast.

      It does seem to make me hold a bit of water like most hgh I've used.
