TweetOh no its a very powerful AI. Not much else stronger. It will help with water but it does so mostly by reducing estrogen and the watery bloat that comes from high estrogen. It's my go to AI even though many are switching to Aromisin. It will absolutely crush your estrogen if your doses are to high. I take 1mg eod but I am also on a great deal of supplements. Rebound can be a problem with Adex also as it suppresses it to such an extent that when you stop the rebound can be problematic.

Tweetnot only does it crush your estro to zero it also crushes your lipids freaking horribly. if you are using it just for water retention then you need to look at something else like water loss or an otc water pill. we already mess with our lipids with aas and tanking them even further with a super potent ai is going to set you up for heart disease heart attack or a stroke with a quickness. aromasin doesnt do this but i would seriously consider an alternate method of controlling water. i am going to go out on a limb here and assume that you are consuming enough water and you arent bloating due to being dehydrated. and a gal or less than a gal is not hydrated. too much or too little water will also result in bloating

TweetI use .5 eod....but I'm prolly done with it...and using aromasin from now on.....I never had a problem with adex.....but taking care of the problem before it starts sounds much better...hell I don't change protocall much..adex has always worked...but it seems the older I get it becomes a lil more of a challenge after cycle to get my levels back to normal...blood test reality instead of ego mentality....we will see!

TweetWow I had no idea it was that harsh. I dont have any estro sides so ill just stop using it until i have an issue.
