i am just going to toss this out there. unless you are striving to get up there with the big boys and are really committed to competing i would not run the risk of taking slin. yes it's the most anabolic compound that exists but if you arent timing your meals right and you arent 100% on point with what you are doing it will either make you fat as a pig or kill you. i am pretty sure you are rocking a leaning down program right now so i wouldnt advise to add this in during this time. i will also point out that i didnt read your guides you posted up but what i put out there i wont call a guide. it is what i learned and how i adjusted to fit my needs. so to say you are putting a guide out there or something like that is pretty hazardous because i may be able to take 10ius and only consume 50g of carbs and not go hypo and you may be able to take in 10ius and eat 100 and fall over dead. that's why i wont do guides or make suggestions on what someone should do with this stuff. it is a very serious decision that shouldnt be made lightly

Some other ridiculous boards out there have people offering DNP, Slin, T3 etc etc advice like it's from a bowl of candy.
