      it isnt hormone driven so i would say it would be safe and just as effective for a woman. the dose ranges i have seen go anywhere from 20-120mg per day. i just picked 30 randomly and ran with it. better be careful mm with the added cardio boost the mrs will be running laps around you haha

      i enjoyed that aspect as well. i ran a pretty low end dose so i would imagine if you pushed it up to the mid to higher end you would get as close to craze as you can

      Thanks for posting this bratha. Ive been wanting to try it and see if it would help me with my endurance. I need something that will speed up recovery time between sets. Im not cutting so id like to see how it works on an off season diet.
