Tweetday 1:

30mg taken first thing am on an empty stomach. i literally got straight out of bed and took it. it pretty much tastes like any other compound of this nature which is not all the bad but not great either lol. now granted i am currently in prep mode and my metabolism is ramped up pretty good. i noticed that i started sweating as soon as i started to eat my first meal. i also noticed that i could breath better and had some pretty good focus going on. idk if it is product related but i did notice that within 15-20 mins. i sweated quite a bit during my training and cardio today also. so the journey has began.

Tweetday 2(yesterday)

30mg am fasted

nothing strange or crazy to note today. same feelings as yesterday, wide awake, clear mental focus and overall sense of alertness. i do not feel cracked out or wired at all and actually feel refreshed and good to go

still getting the awesome jolt of focus and feeling great and awake. this is an awesome effect from the product and i like it.

weight today first thing am fasted after a cheat yesterday is 273. so i am down about 3lbs in 3 days. go ahead and knock off the water and i would say maybe 1/4 to 1/2 pound so far in three days

not losing the jolt and focus at all. i still feel the increased temp but nothing crazy, i am just a tad bit more warm than normal. still no impact on my sleeping pattern so far. i am also losing weight pretty quick. i weighed in today as soon as i got up and was 269. so i am down a few more pounds in a couple of days

no loss of effect at all. i am also noticing a pretty big increase in cardio which is a huge added benefit. this stuff is freaking awesome

it can be ran much much higher. i went on the lower end just to test out the waters but you can go anywhere between 80-120mg daily to speed up the process

feeling freaking awesome still on this product. i actually took it this am and had to have my bp and everything checked about 2 hours later and my bp was spot on perfect. so no issues with bp at all which is always a plus with a product producing fat loss

Tweetfinished off my third and final week on this compound:

i dropped off on this log because it kinda got monotonous and i figured that no one really wanted to read the same thing over and over again. so the effect didnt wear off at all. i kept the alert well being feeling going for the entire duration of use. not cracked out and no interuption of my sleep patterns. the increase in cardio endurance was also pretty substantial. i can recover from a set in 45 secs or less even when i was squatting pressing or pretty much any movement. arms was cake from set to set with 20-30 secs max and wasnt even needed at times. the weight loss even though i am running a contest style diet was pretty dramatic also. i normally do 3lbs a wk and i ended up dropping from 276 down to 255. so i dropped 21lbs in 3wks so at 7lbs per wk that put me about 4lbs over my normal drop. that's remarkable to me considering i was dosing on the much lower end of the scale for the compound. to me this is a worth while product to invest in for both cardio and fat loss. i give it high ratings for both.
