TweetI have some of it I'm going to take on pct. Supposed to boost test and not be supressive if just taken in small doses, beside the gh boost.
Basskiller had a article on it I saw, maybe I can find it.
TweetAnyone tried this oral gh segro?
Heard some good things about it but haven't heard anything here!

TweetIbutamoren (MK-677) is a drug which acts as a potent, orally active growth hormone secretagogue, mimicking the GH stimulating action of the endogenous hormone ghrelin. It has been demonstrated to increase the release of, and produces sustained increases in plasma levels of several hormones including growth hormone and IGF-1, but without affecting cortisol levels.
It is currently under development as a potential treatment for reduced levels of these hormones, such as in growth hormone deficient children or elderly adults, and human studies have shown it to increase both muscle mass and bone mineral density, making it a promising therapy for the treatment of frailty in the elderly.
It also alters metabolism of body fat and so may have application in the treatment of obesity.

TweetThe potential application of small molecules in GH therapy has recently become a topic of increasing interest. The spiroindoline MK-0677, the benzolactam L-692,429, and the peptides, GHRP-6and Hexarelin, have been shown to possess potent and selective GH-secretory activity in several species including human.
Moreover, MK-0677 being a synthetic GH secretagogues act on a signal transduction pathway distinct from that of GHRH. A specific high affinity binding site in porcine and rat anterior pituitary membranes that mediates the activity of these secretagogues has now been identified.
The binding affinity of these structurally diverse growth hormone secretagogues is tightly correlated with GH-secretory activity. The binding is Mg(2+)-dependent, is inhibited by GTP-gamma-S, and is not displaced by GHRH and Somatostatin.
The receptor is distinct from that for GHRH and has the properties of a new G-protein-coupled receptor. It is speculated that these GH secretagogues mimic an unidentified natural hormone that regulates GH secretion in concert with GHRH and Somatostatin.
What’s this all mean to the bodybuilder?
MK-0677, L-692,429, and the peptides, GHRP-6 and Hexarelin, have been shown to possess potent GH activity in our bodies. By using them, we increase the growth hormone activity in our system.

TweetSounds killer
TweetI'll give a review after i take it.
TweetSo I've been taking mk-677@15mg with my second meal everyday. Too soon to say as to the results but it is possibly the worst thing I have ever tasted. I used to drink moonshine straight no chaser and its worse than that. Like something died in a bottle of everclear.

Any update?
Tweetdefinitely intrigued by this stuff

Eventually, if there isn't deep integrity and fundamental character strength, the challenges of life will cause true motives to surface and human relationship failure will replace short-term success.
There is an idea of who I am: some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel my flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
TweetIts just week 2, but I havent lost any muscle from pct just water weight as far as I can tell. I get pretty tired after I take it for a while.
TweetHas it had any impact on your insulin levels? What about hunger? Sleep better?
Tweetnot effecting hunger or sleep any, but it is having some kind of effect on my blood sugar. I will feel weak until its time to eat again because its lowering my blood sugar.
