TweetBuild up your dose, start at 3 and every week to 2 add more. That helps with the lethargy...I double backed and did this. Learning experience lol

TweetIf ya take the test,take the test first you have to fast then see where your level are at.then in 2 days shoot 10ius and take the test a hour or 2 later and then compare results.If your gh level spiked well you probably have good gh thats how I tested a kit once
