TweetI've used most of the protocols out there with gh and I'd say they all pretty much work the same. I've found that the ones with spikes of gh seem to "visually" work best as opposed to an every day or 5/2 protocol. My favorite prob is 4 on 2 off but you stagger the 2 off at different times, such as splitting them or even backing them up and taking 3-4 days off.
I'm contemplating trying a every third day protocol. So for instance taking 5iu mon and 5iu thur then next dose would be sun, etc etc.
Anyone try this?

TweetHaven't heard that protocol brotha. Usually I do the 5 2 protocol. I heard about 10 ius every other day but haven't tried that

Tweet6 i have seen and heard of some dudes doing something along these lines but a bit different. it is supposed to be what some of the pros do but take what you will from that. this is supposed to mimic the bodies natural pulse like it did when we were young and growing on a much higher level:
day 1 25-75ius gh
day 2 none
day 3 nome
day 4 25-75ius gh
day 5 none
day 6 none
day 7 25-75ius gh
and the cycle continues. most shoot for trying to hit 100iu or so per week but in huge pulses. i cant remember were i read about this practice off the top of my head but i have know a few guys that did this in the 20-30iu a pop range and they swore by it
