Not sure if this is where I should of posted but, how do you guys dose your t3? As you cycle up do you spread the dose out or take it all at once. I am currently on 50mcgs ed upon waking up. If I go up to 75mcgs and then 100 should I spread it out or is all at once ok? Thanks

Tweetyou can spread it out if you would like to man but it really doesnt matter. the half life is over 24 hours so it has no effect if you dose all at once or multiple times per day. now if you get the racing heart and all that stuff you probably are better off spacing it out but it really makes no difference to spread it out

TweetSo far I'm doing ok with T-3 and upped the does to 4 tabs max taken at once . I'm not noticing too much with fat loss so maybe it's diet for me . I know during this evening's workout I felt really wired . I'm also using a fat burner called ECA so i'm thinking that may have did it .

TweetIt's working , I think i'm just a too impatient and expecting so much more like most people on a first time run . I feel I have had to eat cleaner through the week to see results .
