TweetI am of this belief but I try my best to have a minimal amount of carbs in system. This is why the am works best I think.
TweetI've read quite a few threads on this and other boards concerning this subject and I just want to make sure I'm tracking. General consensus is that it does not matter if you eat before or after HGH and peptide injections; while carbs may impede natural hgh secretion, they do nothing in terms of exogenous hgh and peptides. Is this correct?

Tweetfor both peptides and gh?
TweetPeptides are affected because it is stimulating natural growth hormone release...not exogenous.
In regards to recumbent hgh, you are absolutely correct.
TweetDo you think I'm good if I wait an hour after my peptides? 90 minutes to 2 hours is rough in the eating and day to day activities schedule.
TweetAlthough its not ideal, and hour will be ok. Just try and keep the carbs and fat to a minimum.
TweetI'll tell you from my experience if I easy carbs within 4 hours after I inject hgh....I end up fighting a cat nap every time. I consider that a good way fit me to tell if my hgh is good. Lol!
TweetI take the pep first upon rising while my Keurig is making my cup of joe...roughly 10-1min later I take my gh. I may hv consumed a protein shake in between there but carbs aren't until after that gh shot at a min.
Tweet10 minutes between the ghrp/ghrh and exogenous growth is perfect!! Exactly what you want.
TweetIt hAs been shown by blood tests that good will not effect hgh or peptides releasing gh.
Tweetdid you mean food?
TweetThis is why I'm not extreme with it. Most of the time I have the system down in the am to do it the way I do it but if I have to slam and run then I slam and run while eating if need be.
